Shanghai Village is located in Pudong New District, 40–60 minute drive from central Shanghai. Accessible by car, metro, train and bus, the Village enjoys the excellent transport links of Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone.
The Shanghai Disney Resort will have its own dedicated exits on the S1 and S2 Expressways, two Expressways that interchange with the S20 Outer Ring Expressway that encircles central Shanghai.
The Resort is served by a dedicated station on the Metro Line 11, which links directly to central Shanghai. The metro station has the capacity to receive 22,000 people per hour. By the completion of Phase 2 of the Shanghai Disney Resort, a new branch of the Metro Line 2 will pass through Shanghai Disney Resort to the airport.
In five minutes a shuttle bus service will transport visitors from the Shanghai Disney Resort metro stop to Shanghai Village. Other shuttle buses will also connect Shanghai Village with the theme parks, hotels and other attractions within the Shanghai Disney Resort. Visitors may also choose to walk along the lakeshore paths or arrive by boat across the lake located in front of the Village and offering guests a dramatic sense of arrival.
