Suzhou Village™
Suzhou Village™ will serve a catchment area with a population of approximately 40 million within a one-hour drive and 90 million within a three-hour drive. Located on the western shore of Yangcheng Lake, the Village will enjoy easy access from the Yangcheng Lake exit of the Nanjing–Shanghai Expressway, and is well served by two high-speed rail lines connecting Shanghai to Nanjing and Beijing.
Suzhou Village™ is scheduled to open in early 2014. The Village will contain approximately 100 boutiques and complementary restaurants and cafés in 35,000 square metres.
The design of Suzhou Village™ will be evocative of a romantic Italian resort town, infused with the elegant Eastern influences that can be found in such famed Shanghai locations as the French Concession and The Bund.
