The opening of Belmont Park Village, the latest addition to The Bicester Collection, heralds a new era for experiential retail in the heart of Metropolitan New York. A destination designed for discovery, the Village offers a unique curation of luxury and lifestyle brands, alongside renowned restaurants and exceptional hospitality services.
Set within historic Belmont Park, the Village is located alongside UBS Arena (home to the New York Islanders NHL ice hockey team) and the iconic Belmont Park horse-racing track, currently undergoing a large-scale redevelopment.
Drawing inspiration from landmark buildings in the city and surrounding area, the Village is a unique interpretation of New York’s architectural heritage.

Facts
Belmont Park Village will soon offer an array of dining venues, with Ladurée, Pret A Manger, Tenfold Boulangerie and Streetside Café already serving light bites to Village guests. Plant-based café, Le Botaniste, will open in February 2025, while original concept, Hundredfold—an American brasserie flagship restaurant by Patina Restaurant Group—is set to open in summer 2025.
The Village will serve New York’s 65 million annual visitors and the residential population of the New York Metro Area of 20.2 million.
Setting a benchmark for sustainable development, the Village ensures a positive impact on the environment and community. It's the first retail development in North America to achieve a Design Stage Outstanding rating from the world’s leading environmental certification system BREEAM, ranking it among the most sustainable retail projects in the country.
The Isles Lab Team concept store, the official team store of the New York Islanders at the neighboring UBS Arena, is unlike any other team store in the world. Brought to life by the team behind The Bicester Collection, it’s yet another homage to New York history.

The Village benefits from an upgraded transport infrastructure that includes a recently opened train station, the first new full-time Long Island railroad train station in nearly 50 years, providing a direct and swift service to the Village from stations that include Penn Station and Grand Central Station.
Nearby airports include John F. Kennedy, seven miles away, and LaGuardia, 13 miles from the Village’s location.
