Belmont Park Village
New York
October 16 2024 heralds a new era for experiential retail in the heart of Metropolitan New York with the opening of Belmont Park Village, the latest addition to The Bicester Collection.
Set within historic Belmont Park, the Village is located alongside UBS Arena (home to the New York Islanders NHL ice hockey team) and the iconic Belmont Park horse-racing track, currently undergoing a large-scale redevelopment.
Drawing inspiration from landmark buildings in the city and surrounding area, the most recent addition to The Bicester Collection is a unique interpretation of New York’s architectural heritage.

Facts
An array of dining venues coming to the Village soon will include Ladurée, Le Botaniste, Frost + Fry – a new concept by Anshu Anghotra, who is also Executive Head Chef at The Connaught – and Hundredfold, an American brasserie flagship restaurant set to open spring 2025.
The Village will serve New York’s 65 million annual visitors and the residential population of the New York Metro Area of 20.2 million.
Setting a benchmark for sustainable development, the Village ensures a positive impact on the environment and community. It's the first retail development in North America to achieve a Design Stage Outstanding rating from the world’s leading environmental certification system, BREEAM, ranking it among the most sustainable retail projects in the country.
The Isles Lab Team concept store, the official team store of the New York Islanders at the neighboring UBS Arena, is unlike any other team store in the world. Brought to life by the team behind The Bicester Collection, it’s yet another homage to New York history.
