Shanghai Village is located at Shanghai International Resort (SHIR), which includes the Shanghai Disney Resort.

The only luxury outlet shopping destination within the zone, the Village was launched in May 2016. Defined by a distinctive offer of international, fashion and lifestyle brands, the Village offers an authentic European shopping experience, consistent with the nine Villages by Value Retail in Europe.

Brands include Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Boss, Breitling, Burberry, Chloé, Dunhill, Ferragamo, Givenchy, Gucci, Loewe, Stuart Weitzman, Thom Browne, Tom Ford and Valentino among many others.

A suite of carefully prepared amenities includes restaurants and cafés, offering regional and international cuisine.

Facts

Shanghai Village is a joint venture between Value Retail China and Shanghai Shendi Group, the developer of Shanghai International Resort. Shendi is master planning the Resorts Zone with premium hotels, health spas, recreation facilities and restaurants that cater to affluent tourists and residents, and the Shanghai Disney Resort.

The Village is located within the core area of the resort, adjacent to Shanghai Disney Resort. The Village serves tourists visiting the Shanghai Disney Resort, the international and domestic tourists visiting Shanghai, as well as the catchment area of the Yangtze River Delta region, with a population of approximately 140 million.

The Village reflects a rewarding 20-year history shared between Disneyland® Paris and La Vallée Village, created and operated by Value Retail and located next to Disneyland® Paris.

Access

Shanghai Village is located in Pudong New District, 40–60 minute drive from central Shanghai.

Accessible by car, metro, train and bus, the Village enjoys the excellent transport links of Shanghai International Resort.

The Shanghai Disney Resort will have its own dedicated exits on the S1 and S2 Expressways, two Expressways that interchange with the S20 Outer Ring Expressway that encircles central Shanghai.

The Resort is served by a dedicated station on the Metro Line 11, which links directly to central Shanghai. The metro station has the capacity to receive 22,000 people per hour.

In five minutes a shuttle bus service will transport visitors from the Shanghai Disney Resort metro stop to Shanghai Village. Other shuttle buses will also connect Shanghai Village with the theme parks, hotels and other attractions within the Shanghai Disney Resort. Visitors may also choose to walk along the lakeshore paths in front of the Village, offering guests a dramatic vista.
